gone from (former) flagship KFGO
>Schultz has been absent from KFGO programming since the middle of last week when, during the height of the Fargo-Moorhead flood threat, he criticized local officials for their preparations and predicted the area would lose the flood fight because of it. Fargo Mayor Dennis Walaker asked the public to ignore Schultz's comments, saying Schultz was an entertainer, not a newsman.

Could it be he is getting ready for his TV show that starts on Monday on MSNBC?

Mr. Schultz Goes to Washington

Although I'm not a big Ed Schultz fan, I was listening to his show last week "now being broadcast out of Washington DC" and he was happier than a pig in sh*t with his move to MSNBC. I'm happy for the big guy. Go-Ed-Go!

My friends and I used to get together, when our local station played "best-of" episodes of Schultz on weekends, to play the Ed Schultz drinking game, a shot of rum every time he said "I don't know", "I don't have that information in front of me" or, his old standby when he realizes he's a little more incompetent and uninformed than usual, "That's old news". Needless to say, we were pretty well smashed after about an hour. We tried switching to schnapps but still couldn't get through the whole three hours without someone being concerned about alcohol poisoning.
It almost makes me wish I had cable. I would love to see the blank expression on his face when a caller brings up something his research team hasn't briefed him on. I emailed him to suggest he call his new show "'I DON'T KNOW!' with Ed Schultz". He could have a counter in the corner that clicks over every time he says "I don't know" and offer prizes to people who correctly guess the final count.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure he blocks my email by now.

That's funny
I'm just assuming, since I never heard back from him. Then again, the only time I have is when I asked which list he is "number one" on because I haven't seen that list. He doesn't care when people point out that he's a capitalist in Democratic clothing or how little he knows about current events, if you question his ratings (money), in spite of what the people he pays to stand around him and tell him how fantastic he is, he'll send a profanity-laden affront to the English language to your inbox. I'd say his communication skills are worse than Bush's. Too bad he doesn't take as much vacation as Bush.
