Rachel Maddow's Campaign Asylum - Beware the Ghost of Reagan"

Layer Cake Productions, the people that produce Rachel's podthing, are trying to get a sponsor interested.

QUOTE
Hi,
As we're developing the Rachel Maddow Vlog's we've decided to focus Rachel's amazing talents on Campaign '08. SO-

"The Rachel Maddow Podthing" is morphing into "The Rachel Maddow Campaign Asylum." We hope to do them regularly, and the big goal is to find a sponsor so we can do more and more and more!

If you like them please pass them around, the more hits the more I can prove interest!

Thanks
Suzanne
Producer, Rachel Maddow Campaign Asylum

This is great! She's good at adding humor to the bizarro world of republican politics.

When you get right down to it, Rachel is slowly but surely becoming the rock-star of AAR. Her intelligence, humor and willingness to talk to high-profile people on both sides of the issues gives her a validity that no one else has on AAR - IMHO.

When Al Franken hung up his microphone, I put out the question of who AAR still had that could do the on-stage live shows which generate so much excitement and put a real face on the network.

I was thrilled down to my toes when Rachel announced she was doing a live show in Minneapolis last month (and jealous that I couldn't go to see it).

If the new guys have any sense at all, they'll build on that one show and start to have Rachel and Kent do more live shows.

Rachel rocks!

Oh ShelaghC,

This was EXACTLY what I was referring to yesterday. I'm so happy she films this part of her show.

Just Rachel. Kent Jones, or whatever his name is, annoys me. Or maybe just cut his spot down to once per show. Hopefully she'll keep him out of the podthing.

I *love* Kent Jones! He's the last holdover from Maron's silliness - Mark Riley not withstanding, of course.

FWIW, I don't think you have to worry about Kent in the podthing. That's a Rachel specific project.

Kent Jones is brilliant, funny. His imitation of Paul Harvey "Vigilance!" is perfect. Even yesterday I thought how much comfort it gives me to have them together, they've lasted through all of the changes. . . "Monkey"

Isn't Romney out-fundraising all the other republicans? He's certainly the most financially independent one. God Bless France. And God Help us! That dude is crazy.

Rachel Maddow's Campaign Asylum - The Future of Bush

Woohoo!

Rachel's at it again - commenting on the latest GOP debates and a batch of unintentional gaffes and goofs from the proceedings!

Hey, can we get a "woohoo" smiley please?

Still, Repugs No Plan for Iraq

It's not that they're stupid on Iraq, they just want to wait and do nothing after the election. They have not distanced themselves from Bush, they're just like him. And Hillary can bite me.
